Meet Carmen

Growing up on a farm instilled a love of the simple life in me. The serene atmosphere, the vast space, and the satisfaction of sowing and reaping crops taught me many valuable life lessons. However, after graduating high school, I moved to the city, which initially overwhelmed me with its noise and chaos. Though my dream is owning an acreage someday, I learned to embrace city life while working towards that goal.

As someone who always wanted to be a mother, I felt like my lifelong dream had finally come true when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter at the age of 34. Two years later, I welcomed a son into my family. However, despite having an amazing husband, a beautiful home, and wonderful pets, I still felt trapped, depressed, and like a failure at motherhood. There were days I couldn't even get out of bed and when I did, I just moved to the couch, feeling checked out.

But then one day, I decided to make a change and started implementing small things to make my day a little bit better than the day before. I began rediscovering things that used to ignite my passion and found myself at a "Flip Your Switch" weekend that introduced me to belief repatterning. This helped me transform my beliefs and reignite my passion for life.

Now, I have learned to spend my time doing things that bring me joy while still being an amazing mother and running a successful business. Photography is one of the things that I love to do, particularly family, newborn, maternity, headshot, pet, and nature photography. I'm also a Raindrop Technique specialist, which combines my love of essential oils and techniques that help individuals with their well-being.

Today, I am happy to help others move through their beliefs and guide them towards supportive thoughts. Join me as I share the practices and activities that have brought joy back into my life. Let's explore new things together and discover our own little bit of magic.
